Only a 2 x 4 top plate and toe plate are needed. The pressure of the fluid concrete, taken up by the Westcon ties and bars, positions the plywood panels during pouring. Once the locking bars have been inserted, no bracing is needed on the inside forms. Frameworks of studs and walers are eliminated.
